TERMS & CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY
By registering with our consultancy and availing any of our services, the candidate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. All fees paid towards Registration, Career Counseling, Training, Interview Preparation Materials , Placement Assistance, and related services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. The consultancy provides career guidance, training, assessment, study materials, and placement assistance services only. No guarantee of job placement, selection, employment, salary, or appointment is provided.
3. Refund requests shall not be entertained after registration, enrollment, delivery of services, access to study materials, or participation in any training or counseling session.
4. Exception: A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
- The study materials are not delivered to the candidate within the prescribed delivery period; or
- The study materials are received in a damaged condition and the candidate reports the issue with valid proof within 7 days of delivery.
5. In case of approved damaged or non-delivered study material claims, the consultancy may provide a replacement, re-dispatch, or refund at its sole discretion.
6. The candidate acknowledges that all payments are made voluntarily for educational, training, and placement assistance services.
7. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having authority over the consultancy's registered office location.
